| | Online OrderingWe are obliged to provide certain information to our online customers in accordance with the Distant Selling Rules, as follows.
Our company name, registered office address, registration number and VAT number can obtained by selecting our company details from the Home Page tab drop down list. Our head office address details are displayed in the left hand panel.
Fuel prices are usually quoted by telephone or email communication. Customers are advised to confirm the price printed on the delivery ticket before accepting delivery. The price charged is related to the quantity ordered and may be increased if the volume delivered is substantially lower than the amount ordered.
Payment will usually be made by advanced Credit Card payment, unless alternative means have been agreed.
Disputes of the quantity delivered must be notified immediately after the delivery, or as soon as is reasonably practical.
Orders may be cancelled at any time provided the goods have not been loaded and dispatched on our road delivery vehicles. A refused delivery may attract an aborted delivery fee.

| Automatic Tank MonitoringTo take away the worry of running out of oil, our larger domestic customers can request a free Signalman installation. This enables us to monitor customer oil levels.
