Account Application Form

This form is applicable to PLC's Limited Companies and Sole Traders.
Please note that our normal monthly credit terms are the 15th of the month following that of delivery. ie : A delivery made on the 1st of January would be due for payment by the 15th of February.
Any other credit payment terms must be agreed and approved.

Intended Use Form

Legislation introduced from the 1st April 2003 by HM Customs & Excise, is designed to combat the misuse of rebated fuels being used in road vehicles.
Any businesses that sell and deal in these rebated fuels (Gas Oil or Kerosene) will need to be approved.
As Fuel Oils is an approved dealer, we must obtain and record information about who we are selling these fuels to and the intended use of that fuel.
Before we are able to supply rebated fuels to you, we must have written confirmation from a responsible person within your organisation, on the intended use of that fuel.
Before we can make the first Gas Oil or Kerosene delivery, we must ask that you complete the Intended Use Form.

Direct Debit Form

It can even be used to predict your future financial position (cashflow) by entering expected income and outgoings in the coming months. The 2010 version is now available.

Free PIN number generator

This free spreadsheet program will calculate a new PIN number that is associated with a secret word.

To change the numbers, just re-run the program, keeping your chosen word.

PIN numbers are needed for credit cards, mobile phones and alarms. If you prefer different numbers for each use, you could use different words like "card","phon" and "alrm", each giving a different number; or use a name like "steve" for all of them.

You may carry your reminder slip together with your card, without compromising security. You just need to remember the associated word.
