| DOMESTIC & CHARITY USE DECLARATION FORMIf a domestic customer has a tank smaller than 2300 litres they do not need to complete this form because they can never receive deliveries exceeding 2300 litres, which is the threshold for higher rate VAT.
Domestic customers who have received larger deliveries will be charged at the lower VAT rate but will be asked to complete this form to confirm domestic use. The declaration will apply to all future deliveries, provided circumstances have not changed.
